Induction Designs/Port WorkIntake manifold and cylinder head designs are the majority of our business. Analyzing ports using digitized and modeled CAD surfaces, CFE flow simulation and flow testing allows us to design ports to optimize your application. Porting manifolds and cylinder heads as allowed within the rules of the various sanctioning bodies is our specialty. |

CNC MachiningCustom and production five axis, three axis and CNC lathe work is available for Cylinder Head machining. We also offer Full service Shortblock machining. Machine Work and WeldingValve jobs, guides, seats, resurfacing, valve refacing, CNC mill work, CNC lathe work, etc. If it is related to a cylinder head or intake manifold then we can probably machine or weld it. |

Upgrades and Repairs
We realize that not everyone can afford to buy new components regularly. That's why we offer this service when we can. Our welding and machining facilities are capable of completing almost all cylinder head and manifold repairs, aluminum and cast iron.
